Important notes about your booking

A service charge of 15% will be added to your account.

Please ensure you give us at least 24 hours notice of a booking.

Where inclusive prices are quoted any additional time and/or mileage will be added at the appropriate rate.

Time and mileage is measured from our London base.

A 50% surcharge is levied for work on UK Bank Holidays.

A premium of £50 per hour will be added for hires between 2400 and 0600.

Cancellation charges are levied if less than 12 hours notice given:

£200 on day hire
£100 on half day hire
The full amount for airport transfers and minimum hires.
